Based in our purpose-built office and warehouse in Washington, West Sussex, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and work alongside them to deliver excellent service to our partners.


What you’ll do:

  • Work and train as a Warehousing operative and as a part time member of the Orders and Provisioning Team.
  • Undertake general duties including goods in, despatch, and stock control / management.
  • Picking & packing orders and preparing goods for dispatch.
  • Barcode scanning, courier booking & SAGE order management.
  • Moving stock around either by hand, using lifting gear (manual pallet truck) or a forklift truck.
  • Work with our customers on the phone and over email to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proactively manage general enquiries or complaints from customers, while processing a variety of order types.
  • Undertake all necessary paperwork to ensure technical and legal compliance.
  • Work safely and efficiently.
  • Check for damaged or missing items.
  • Keep work areas clean.


What you’ll have:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience within a customer service/support role.
  • Minimum 1 years’ experience within a warehouse role.
  • Excellent communication skills, quick rapport building skills and a confident attitude.
  • Self-motivated, upbeat, and energised.
  • Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks.
  • Good computer & organisational skills.
  • Reliability and dependability.
  • Literacy & numeracy.
  • Team player.
  • Due to the nature of the job, ability to do a physical job is important.
  • Own transport is essential due to the rural location of our premises.
