The Role

We are looking for a high performing, quality driven sales professional with more than 5 years' experience working with SMB organisations. As a UC Sales Consultant, you will have a proven track record in selling solutions to both existing customer and new logo acquisitions, and able to own the entire sales process end to end.

You will be excited about working to a sales order book target and be used to working under pressure to deliver on time. As an expert, you may be called upon to support the business with a complex existing customer renewals.

With full access to the existing client base, you have immediate opportunities to sell into the white space. You will also be provided with sales qualified appointments by the inside sales teams as well as opportunities from the account manager. Due to this your diary will often be populated for you meaning most of your time will be in front of clients.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a similar sales role in the telecoms.
  • Ideally you will have a good understanding of 8x8 cloud solutions as well as Mitel on site solutions (however experience with other vendors is fine)
  • Extensive UC, UCaas and CCaas experience
  • A proven new business hunter
  • Product knowledge in the following areas: Microsoft Licencing, Mobile, Maintenance & Support, VOIP, telephone lines & connectivity
  • Proven record of achieving KPIs and consistently closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone and email.
  • Prioritisation and negotiation skills.
