Your daily tasks will involve liaising with customers, providing support and advice.

You will ideally have experience in telecoms, including experience of VoIP, although this isn't vital.
You will be confident in all aspects of customer service. Speaking with lovely, happy customers to help them with their telephone system will be part of what you do.
Having a cheerful and friendly outlook is a key aspect of this role.
You'll have the chance to be involved in first line support, running tests and identifying issues.
Remote support via online portals will also be something you'll be trained in. You'll be confident providing initial training to clients and the role will involve a timely, friendly and efficient handover service upon final set-up.
The opportunity to offer additional services to clients, such as music-on-hold, mobile phones and further handsets is also available.
