Job Title: Telesales Executive - Health 

Reports to: Telesales Manager - Health 

Department: Sales 

Salary: Up to £24,000 DoE

Comission:

  • £50 per sat appointment
  • 5% of GP on sales made on your leads
  • OTE £40,000

Location: Various - Office Based

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00 – 17:00/17:30 (37.5 hours)

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced B2B telesales professional to further enhance their career with the UK’s #1 independent provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone system and cloud services. 

Ideally suited to a self-sufficient, passionate, resilient, driven, innovative high achiever, this is a key sales role within the Health sector part of the business.


What will your day look like?

Most of your day will be communicating via phone (outbound) to customers, with some written correspondence with customers. 

You will aim to build a relationship with your customer to uncover sales opportunities. You will be managing your own workload, creating sales opportunities, and working to KPI targets. 


Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, researching and prospecting new business opportunities and follow up within the medical sector.
  • Accurately and efficiently entering and cleaning customer information in company database.
  • Make outgoing customer calls to book appointments for the field sales team.
  • Understanding potential clients’ business communications requirements.
  • Being able to create and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Booking an agreed number of appointments per day.
  • Reporting on sales opportunities.
  • Training development with new/existing colleagues.
  • Personal commission reporting. 


Skills, Experience

  • Previous proven Outbound B2B telesales, telemarketing is a must, and within the medical sector would be advantageous.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Be self-motivated and target driven.
  • Team working.
  • Problem solving.
