Join our Service Delivery Team

The Systems Analyst will primarily be responsible for improving our business efficiency through analysis of internal processes aligning them with the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics and associated tools. 

You will have the confidence to engage with the business to identify value add opportunities and contribute to the overall health and optimal use of business systems. 

You will be responsible for analysing data that support the organisation's goals, optimising the use of Microsoft Dynamics and other business systems.

You will also manage the full life cycle including requirements gathering, scoping, third party development, implementation, testing, training and documentation of all medium to large business system change requests. 


Salary £55,000

25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

Optional Hybrid working (3 days a week in Reigate)

Who are we looking for?

5 years as a Systems Analyst with experience in process optimisation

High exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ability to implement small changes 

The ability to create reports using Power BI, Dashboards, Advanced Find & Report Builder (SSRS)

Experience working with cross functional teams including Project management and software development

The ability to identify and implement process improvements 

Experience in digital transformation change management

Any knowledge of Union Street aBILLity, Hubspot, is desirable
