Senior Service Delivery Manager, Cloud Transformation 

Based: Tri-states Area NY

Salary: $135K to $145K basic plus bonus & bens

An exciting opportunity to join this fast-growth Global Consulting Practice to deliver exciting and challenging Cloud Projects for various Clients.

Working as part of the Professional Services team you will work with the Presales Team to scope Plan and devise new Services for Delivery and Best Practice.  You will work closely with the Customers and internal resources to manage the full project delivery and keep the customers and internal Teams updated on their progress etc.

You will manage & lead the customer meetings and manage RACI and Incident processes etc.

Manage the Financials and oversee the cost and billing of resources to ensure Profit and Customer Satisfaction. You will be involved in scoping and delivery of Oracle, Azure, AWS Cloud Projects for larger enterprise and even Government etc.

Ideal Profile:

Extensive expertise in providing advice and leadership on the service delivery operations including:

• Used to work in Professional Services & closely with your customers to present and manage the Projects and deliverables in line with expectations and Contracted SLAs.
• ·       10+ years’ experience in an IT Service Delivery business function, delivering projects.
• ·       Experience in working in Cloud - Azure, OCI, AWS.

Preferred:

• ·       Working with or for Database Cloud Transformations on Oracle etc.
• ·       Working with or for an IT Services related business.
• ·       Have ITIL based qualifications and be used to delivering to ITIL.
• ·       Project management certification like PMI, PRINCE II etc.
• ·       Used to working in an Enterprise Infrastructure environment looking at scalability etc.
