We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our Dealer Sales Department. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing Nimans current customers to increase spend, focusing on identifying and developing business through pro-actively seeking sales opportunities.

We have a diverse portfolio of fantastic market leading brands such as JPL, EPOS (Sennheiser), Yealink, Yamaha, CHERRY, Jabra and many more. We provide expert product training, after sales support, and an extensive warm customer base, all ready to be leveraged for a competitive sales OTE, hybrid working environment, positive culture and plenty of development opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively target new business and seek additional revenue streams.
  • Develop and maintain an appropriate pipeline of opportunities to meet short and medium-term business plans.
  • Regularly monitor the account base to better understand buying patterns and to identify opportunities.
  • Liaise with the applicable Area Sales Managers to pass accurate and timely leads.
  • Qualify, maintain and log all bids and tenders as required from the customer base.
  • Establish Nimans as the primary supplier of communications to existing and new accounts.
  • Accurately update details of all customer contact on our internal system.
  • React responsively, and in a timely manner, to customer queries and issues, accurately taking order details, checking stock and confirming delivery.
  • Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with all internal contacts.
  • Fully understand and adhere to all relevant Nimans sales processes.
  • Increase levels of appropriate product and service knowledge on current and future Nimans products.
  • Increase knowledge of the industry and competitor activity to better promote Nimans position.
  • Undertake all training required by Nimans to develop the role as required.


Qualifications / Relevant Experience

Essential:

  • Proven success in your sales ability and full knowledge of the sales process.
  • Confident negotiator with the ability to ‘close the deal’.
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, email, telephone, and presentation.
  • Capable of working independently and having responsibility as an individual.
    PC literate and able to use basic Microsoft Office packages.

Desirable:

  • Industry based experience would be an advantage.
