Working as part of the Telecoms support team the role involves the ownership of reported issues or faults into our helpdesk facility, initial diagnosis, deciding the appropriate course of action, liaising with suppliers if required, logging of faults on their helpdesk process and then communicating with clients end users to fully manage their expectations.
The role also involves assisting and mentoring 1st Line technicians within the team and the shadowing of 3rd Line technicians on more challenging faults to enhance a learning and mentoring environment. Ongoing product and business function training is offered and encouraged.

Connectivity – Analogue Lines / ISDN / aDSL / FTTC / Fibre Leased Lines (WLR)
Equipment – Entry Level Routers / Ethernet Switches / ATA’s / POE / IP Handsets
Telephony Products - Gamma Horizon / Avaya IP Office / Wildix / Nfon / NTA
