Do you have sales support experience, ideally gained within a Telecommunications or a technology environment?  Are you passionate about delivering first-class administrative support in a sales operations role?  Epsilon Telecommunications have a position for a Sales Support Executive to join their global team, based in London and reporting to the EMEA & USA Sales Support Manager.

This is an internal Sales function providing first class support to our Sales Managers and Customers. Supporting in all daily admin tasks and customer communication to help achieve the team and individual targets of the sales team.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Administration tasks including updating quotations, raising order forms, processing cancellations and addressing some financial queries
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Following up on quotations and orders with clients
  • Coordinating bids and proposals with procurement and sales engineering to ensure that the customer orders are correct as proposed and matches the client expectations
  • Obtaining the details for new customers, setting them up on internal systems.
  • Uploading any documents and customer contact information onto the central system.
  • Monitoring Epsilon’s on-demand portal (Infiny) and assisting customers with how to navigate it.  
  • Proactive intervention when clients are cancelling services to understand the reasons for the cancellation and counter propose alternatives if possible. Endeavour to mitigate churn
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties as required from time to time

Your key tasks will be:

  • Timely updates, quotes, and proposal to clients
  • Accurate administration
  • Updating quotations and order forms
  • Processing orders from Infiny
  • Ensuring client contacts and company details are up to date
  • First level revenue retention and customer retention

What you need to apply:

  • Previous administration experience supporting a sales team
  • Previous telecommunications experience highly desirable
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Experience of raising pricing and quotes essential
  • Experience of working within a customer facing role is essential
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Commercial awareness of the telecoms market
  • Efficient with Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Logical and detailed approach to all tasks undertaken
