About the Job:
Logixal is an award-winning telecommunications and managed services provider for organisations and private businesses across the UK and internationally. We are looking to expand our Unified Communications (UC) sales team and are looking for an experienced new business salesperson.
You will be part of the sales team in a pivotal role that is crucial to the company. This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity to grow. The focus is to bring on board new logos and drive new revenues for existing and new products and services. Qualified leads will be generated but the successful candidate will be comfortable with self-generation too.
Requires self-starters who can build territory pipeline, close new and existing territory revenue, prospect and close named accounts against established competition through individual initiative.
Establish executive level relationships with all strategic accounts as appropriate. Drive account strategies and manage multiple customers and opportunities, maintaining accurate forecasting and clear management communication.
Role summary:
To protect, grow and acquire revenue and margin across existing customer base and net new names in our chosen target sectors.
Attend, where appropriate, all Account Management & New business sales meetings to promote unified communications, telephony and mobile solutions.
Align with identified opportunities within existing base & prospective targeted accounts.
Engage account management teams and identify opportunities within base, support, cross-sell and up-sell in opportunities.
Own sales process for agreed opportunities, including technical and commercial solution
Ensure appropriate product area sales training is provided for all graduate lead generation team
Shape product / portfolio and value proposition development and work with support team to execute & support
Engage and own internal relationships with solution architects and solution design team.
Develop and maintain strategic relationship with Key Vendors.
