Due to our rapid expansion plans Logixal now require new business managed IT services sales executives that have their own plan for executing the activities which will generate leads they need with the skills on follow-up with tenacity. Entrepreneurial by nature you will continually adapt cold calling approaches and are first to try new technologies and techniques to break through.
You have a passionate desire to want to meet new people and not shy away from prospecting time. You understand that LinkedIn prospecting is critical to identifying, researching, and connecting with potential clients. You use these tools to uncover and engage with qualified prospects. You set aside time each day to network on LinkedIn, meet new people, reconnect, and – set first appointments. You set yourself apart from your competitors and make yourself memorable.
About the Job:
You should have extensive knowledge of data centre solutions, hybrid cloud, migration, network security and IT services. We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy IT sales professional to grow our business, which is backed up by our highly skilled support and Management teams.
As part of the existing new-sales business development team your remit will be to focus on creating leads for new business opportunities in your assigned territories, introducing new clients to Logixal and building relationships. You'll nurture these relationships before closing them working in collaboration with the presales team to help us achieve our new business growth targets.
Although a key focus will be on generating new business opportunities, you'll also work with our existing clients to provide effective account management, whilst also raising awareness of our value-add services across our entire portfolio. You will also be working alongside our marketing team on effective campaigns.
Role summary:
Identify and qualify business opportunities to sell product and service-based IT solutions.
Cultivate long-term relationships and build trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Leverage industry trends and devise compelling value propositions to address client challenges.
Comfortable and experienced working in a new business capacity, with the skills to account manage.
Proactively manage day-to-day client needs, reporting progress to the Sales Director, and identifying new business opportunities across the client’s full range of operations.
Stay up to date on the latest technology initiatives and solutions.
