Sales Assistant (Apprenticeship)

About the job

We are looking for smart, energetic, self-starters who can help us to generate and convert new sales opportunities for our collection of online telco brands.

You will be: 

• Dealing with high levels of inbound customer enquiries both digitally and on the telephone 
• Converting leads into profitable sales 
• Acting on Inbound leads from potential customers 
• Dealing with existing customers sales enquiries 
• Maintaining the company's CRM data 
• Working as part of a sales and marketing team to achieve personal and team targets 
• Assisting with development of marketing campaigns for products/solutions 

Essential Skills 

• Excellent communications skills both spoken and written, also telephone 
• Highly organised, team player who can work on own initiative 
• Can do attitude and understanding of what it takes to sell 
• Ability to use Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc 
• Ability to work remotely when needed

Desirable Skills 

• Previous work experience in telesales or sales 
• Knowledge of telecoms or IT services 
• Previous knowledge or use of ZoHo/CRM systems
