Working for a leading business in the West Midlands. A new and exciting role now exists for a Project Manager.
About you:
 

  • You are organised, enjoy using your initiative and forward thinking
  • You can communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • You can form teams, build confidence with stakeholders, and have a delivery focused attitude
  • You are passionate about what you do and enjoy the pace and nature of project delivery life
  • You have versatility of thought, can work with elements of ambiguity, and enjoy multitasking
  • You’ve led Software teams and operated within an Agile and Waterfall framework

About your experience:
 

  • You have managed business projects that use IT & Digital services as an enabler
  • You have worked with internal and external subject matter experts to form and deliver projects
  • You have worked in a growing business with developing project governance and standards
  • You have been the one responsible and accountable for the results
  • You have worked in industries such as Engineering, Logistics, Retail or Distribution
  • You have handled conflict and had to operate amongst Directors and Business Unit Managers
