Pre-Sales Engineer – CCaSS / UCaSS

Unified Communications as a Service / Contact Centre as a Service/ Contact Centre Provider.

We are currently looking for a talented, tech focused Pre-Sales engineer to join us here at TelXL. We have been operating for over 20 years and have an incredible feature rich offering which is highly configurable in-order-to create the best solution for our End Users. You will support our Sales and Operations teams by being the technical expert for the TelXL sales cycle. 

We are a wholesale provider and work with a MSPs, VARs and Resellers. You will be working with both our Partners and at times their end users to establish how we can effectively collaborate on solving their communication requirements within the SME Contact Centre environment.  

You will be adept at translating the needs of partners into real time solutions, and being the voice of future solutions, taking feedback, suggestions, and ideas to the product team in-order to enhance our current product with innovative features and keep us ahead of our competitors.

Job Purpose

  • Act as the technical point of contact during the sales cycle, participating in discovery calls, running customised demonstrations, understanding, and providing solutions to customers’ challenges, being a thought leader and trusted advisor, while building strong relationships with prospects. 
  • Be passionate about co-creating communications solutions, ensuring ideas are fed into product and new features are effectively communicated across the partner base. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, and present demos and POCs to prospects, partner and/or end users. 
  • Assisting with answering technical questions for Partner pre-sales and sales teams 
  • Assisting our Partners to visit significant customers & prospects to support them on location 
  • Adding training courses to the TelXL Learning management system 
  • Complete RFPs and tenders. Compile product information from multiple sources, write technical documentation and proposals. 
  • Understand system architecture, security, and technical requirements and be comfortable to lead presentations and discussions on these areas with prospects.
  • Organizing and be responsible for commercial seminars & webinars about products and services for our Partners 
  • Work closely with vendors, commercial and operations teams to ensure statement of works and onboarding requirements are correct and technical expectations met.
  • Remain current with market trends and competitor information
