This is a hybrid working role – one day per week collaboration time in flexible working spaces in and around the South East.

Up to £55,000

We are currently recruiting for a PHP Developer to join our sister company, In2tel.

In2tel are a telecoms provider in Ireland and the UK. They provide solutions directly to resellers and customers predominantly in Ireland, offering services such as phone systems, VoIP phone lines and call centre software.

As a PHP Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of In2tels web portal for customers and resellers. You will drive improvements through designing, testing, and deploying new code and discovering software solutions for bespoke customer requirements to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of their system.

We are looking for a PHP Developer who has strong analytical problem-solving skills and experience with PHP 7/8 and PHP Framework Laravel.

Responsibilities include:

• Design clean, reliable, and efficient code.
• Build and maintain the back end of In2tel’s portal using PHP, MySQL and more to ensure optimisation and functionality.
• Develop, test, and deploy coding or new features to facilitate the customers’ requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and develop software solutions.
• Identify and drive improvements to the existing codebase and products.
• Troubleshooting application and code issues.
• Contribute to all the software development phases from design through to deployment.
• Work mostly on backend web development, with some exposure to frontend where required.
• Create documentation for software / coding designed.
