Due to our exciting, ongoing growth within the IT & Telecoms Sector, we are currently recruiting for an ambitious New Business Executive / SDR to provide effective B2B lead generation looking to grow their sales career within a nurturing and secure environment. This is an opportunity to progress through to SDR Team Leader, SDR Team Manager and Account Manager.

WHAT? This Role

Profiling prospective companies to qualify In Market prospects before using phone, written and social media skills to generate qualified appointments for our existing Technical and Telecoms Account Managers and Directors.


As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator.


Additionally, you will:


• Effectively research prospect companies and potential Decision Makers

• Book qualified meetings for Account Managers and Directors within Tech, Mobile and Telecoms teams

• Meet minimum call and KPI’s

• Update and Maintain prospect records in line with Sales Team guidelines

• Complete PMQ for all booked meetings

• Maintain a calendar of meetings booked and follow up with sales team to check quality of meeting and follow up activity

• Build a rapport with the Account Management/Sales team to understand meeting requirements

• Maintain knowledge of the current product portfolio and benefits to potential customers. To seek training where needed

• Assist the Marketing department with event and mailing follow up

We are seeking a New Business Executive with:


• A minimum of 12 months B2B lead generation or sales experience selling to senior people within SME and Enterprise

• A proven track record of successful Sales of booking target achievement

• Drive and Ability to overcome the hurdles such as establishing who a DM might be and reaching them

• Competent with Microsoft office packages

• Exposure to CRM database packages

• High level of personal motivation

• Ability to communicate at all levels

• Positive attitude and behaviour, as well as trustworthy, credible and reliable nature
