The Mobile Billing Specialist role will be responsible for:
Providing support to ensure the monthly bill run is generated accurately & in a timely manner
Proactively providing advice on changes to increase the accuracy of every bill run
Reviewing & amending pricing for customers where required
Ensuring central spreadsheets & databases are maintained correctly for ongoing effectiveness and accuracy
Obtaining & processing both Call/Service data records from our suppliers
Adding customer CLI’s into billing platform
Checking billed data against customer orders & manually bill non-automated billed services
Dealing with customer billing enquiries and closing accounts
Running reports on losses & managing the churn report
Liaising with other depts to ensure and improve accuracy of billing.
Checking supplier invoices tally with data received & raising supplier claims
Working on changes to prevent future billing queries, through development of our invoice presentation, additional reports, and access to the customer billing portal.
Working with your line managers to improve on mistakes, identify ways to improve processes and drive forward efficiencies
Contributing to Billing Dept & Financial Director meetings
Providing daily/weekly/monthly updates on your function to your line manager.
Updating project provisioning decision makers with failing & successful billing functionality to improve company processes
Salary Up to £40k DOE
25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
Optional Hybrid working (3 days a week in the office)

Who? are we looking for?
We are seeking a Mobile Billing Specialist with:
At least 2 years’ experience in a Mobile provisioning and/or Mobile Billing role
Mobile tariff billing experience (preferably wholesale but not critical)
Proven track record of being able to provide deep dive analysis with the ability to produce and provide client bespoke reports specifically when dealing with invoice queries
Knowledge of aBILLity billing system or similar level of billing
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A pro-active attitude with the ability to build excellent relationships with customers
Good problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously within strict parameters or as part of a team with common goals
IT Microsoft office proficiency
Exposure to databases
At least 5 GCSE’s including Maths and English
