Facilities & ISP Controller

Responsible for the review, validation and effective management of the European ISP inventory database.

Principal Accountabilities

• Audit the ILA and DC estate towards data accuracy in the inventory database
• Overall responsibility for updating the internal database of ISP assets
• Manage all internal records of sites and third party colocation requirements
• Ensuring that databases meet user requirements

Key Skill and Experience Requirements

• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Analytical mindset
• Experience in the telecommunications or IT industry would be desirable
• Good knowledge in the use of IT systems and standard office software packages is expected
• Understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure and procedures

Qualification Requirements

• Fluent English (written and oral)
• Time Management: Proven ability to multi-task in a high pressure environment and ensure effective delivery of priorities to meet targets and objectives.
• Responsibility: Proven ability to work without direct supervision and to solve problems using own initiative.
• Communication: Proven ability to provide effective and timely communication to internal customers and project teams.
• Problem Solving: Proven ability to analyze and document a situation and understand how to apply that analysis to resolve the issue at hand
