The role

Our staff are responsible for a number of huge positive changes that are currently happening with some of the UKs biggest telecoms companies and across the industry.
This role is specifically with the support team and would suit someone with a keen interest in at least one of technology, telecommunications, cloud computing and service delivery. A fresh graduate in a relevant subject may find the job very appealing but we have no age or experience standard to meet.
• Interface directly with customer’s telecom engineers and IT teams to troubleshoot issues
• Assist in diagnosing external and internal faults
• Respond to support tickets, calls and customers in our community forum
• Assist in the day-to-day operational support of the telecommunications network
• Provide emergency assistance and technical recovery in the event of an emergency situation affecting the availability and/or service quality of the network
• Participate in on-call out of hours rotation when experience allows
