Do you LOVE solving a company's IT frustrations? 
Craving somewhere you can grow and learn, being trained on new developments in IT?
This is a company that promotes internally and is growing quickly!
You'll love helping others make sense of their IT and telecoms dilemmas and will be helping customers and colleagues to fix their issues. 
Based mainly internally in the Leamington Spa office with one - two days / week from home, your week will be filled with maintaining the company's IT infrastructure and helping ensure customers are well-supported in terms of their IT requirements too.
You will  be able to install leased lines for large properties, for example and be experienced in providing remote technical support.
You'll love giving a fantastic customer service and get a real buzz out of sorting out issues that nobody else can seem to work out!
Happy using helpdesk support tools and experience working in a helpdesk environment will be beneficial to you in this role, 
Monday - Friday only and a basic salary of up to £35k.
