Due to our exciting, ongoing growth within the IT & Telecoms Sector, we are currently recruiting for an ambitious Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, looking to make improvements to procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests.

WHAT? This Role

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded individual that can work well with others as well as individually, with a keen interest in developing their team to their full potential.

As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator.


Additionally, you will be responsible for:


• Providing Financial reporting and Management Accounts

• Month end

• Day to day management of the Finance team

• Cashflow and Forecasting

• Identifying Margins, Variances and changes in Growth

• New Customer Acceptance

• Audit preparation

• CRM and Database Adoption

• Intercompany Billing and Money

• VAT and Tax Returns

• Adhoc Finance reporting

• Continuous improvement

We are seeking a Finance Manager who:


• Is a fully qualified or part qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA)

• Has 7 years’ plus commercial experience with 2 years’ experience in management

• Has prior experience with CRM packages

• Has some Sage Line 50/200 experience (preferable not essential)

• Has the ability to lead and motivate a small team

• Can show a high level of personal motivation

• Can communicate well at all levels together with the ablity to write professional letters and reports

• Has the ability to synergise with other departments, working collaboratively with others to ensure they deliver on their goals and objectives

• Encompasses a positive attitude and behaviour, as well as a trustworthy, credible and reliable nature
