Job Description This role involves managing a base of circa 400 customers with a typical employee size between 10 and 30. You will split your time managing this base both over the phone and travelling to see customers, with a typical week being 2 days in the office and 3 days out in customer visits. Location: London or Birmingham - Field/Desk Based - 2 days office/3 field Salary: Starting salary £25,000 basic and OTE £50,000 (Uncapped) plus Company Car/Car Allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00-17:00/17:30 As a Field Account Manager your role will involve being a trusted advisor to your customer base, proactively offering help & advice to ensure they are technology and communications ready for the business market.
