Job Description

This role involves managing a base of circa 400 customers with a typical employee size between 10 and 30. You will split your time managing this base both over the phone and travelling to see customers, with a typical week being 2 days in the office and 3 days out in customer visits.

Location: London or Birmingham - Field/Desk Based - 2 days office/3 field

Salary: Starting salary £25,000 basic and OTE £50,000 (Uncapped) plus Company Car/Car Allowance

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30/9:00-17:00/17:30

As a Field Account Manager your role will involve being a trusted advisor to your customer base, proactively offering help & advice to ensure they are technology and communications ready for the business market.

Key Responsibilities:

  •     To be accountable for a customer base of existing Daisy customers.
  •     Aim to build a relationship with your customer to uncover further sale opportunities and to retain them.
  •     To carry out proactive outbound management of your own customer base on behalf of Daisy.
  •     To create value and build a strong relationship with your customer base.
  •     To proactively upskill and self-learn.
  •     To cross-sell and up-sell all Daisy products and services to your existing customers.
  •     To meet set revenue, churn and product penetration targets.
  •     Identify and escalate opportunities to sell further products by way of visit or referral.

Qualifications

  •     Telecoms experience is preferred.
  •     Recent Sales or Account Management experience.
  •     Target & KPI driven.
  •     Excellent communications skills; verbal and written.
  •     Ability to develop trusting relationships.
  •     Fast thinking.
  •     Self-motivated.
