We are looking for a target driven, passionate and hungry Field Sales Executive to join our Group team

Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Field Sales Executive who thrives within a targeted fast paced environment to join the team. We excel in everything we do and pride ourselves on fantastic training and ongoing support to provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

Are you a tenacious go getter, that wants to represent a product that makes a genuine contribution to the residential buildings, local communities and local businesses? In turn, creating a client base where you can reap the rewards of uncapped commission and the opportunities to be in charge of your revenue?

You'll be the face of our Field Sales team, and responsible for setting the great first impression we give to potential customers. You'll be meeting with local residents and businesses every day to promote our brand-new hyperfast full fibre network.

The majority of your role would include door-to-door sales with new residential and business customers. Listening to our customers, understanding their concerns, outlining solutions and showing the benefits of new/improved packages will help you excel within this role. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering commercial KPI's within our Field Sales team and increasing our digital presence. You'll sell our market leading Home and Business Broadband portfolio by interacting directly with customers, understanding their needs, building trust and creating a personal experience to be remembered.

Making commission just became even easier. We now combine new and existing customer sales with small business selling, giving you the best opportunity to earn uncapped commission.

  • Sell 'door to door' (D2D) to new residential
  • Sell to new small business (home office)

On average our Field Sales Representatives earn £45,000 in their first year and our top performers earn more than £70,000 each year (no kidding!).

Responsibilities

  • Door-to-door sales with new residential and business
  • You will be driving sales to achieve your target whilst remaining professional and building a great rapport with potential customers
  • Liaise with the internal delivery team and partners to feedback any concerns raised by residents or businesses and communicate any relevant local information
  • Representing our various brands all over the United Kingdom as the network continues to grow and develop
  • Discussing each residents and business' telecommunications

Essential requirements

No D2D Sales experience? No worries. We want sales-minded people with a great work ethic, to be the face of our trusted fibre, TV and phone products and services.

  • Through great conversations, you'll be able to overcome objections from customers and influence them round to your way of
  • You want to be part of a fast paced, energetic, and exciting
  • You will be comfortable interacting with our potential customers in a sales focused role
  • You will be confident in handling objections and be tenacious
  • You will be driven and ambitious, striving to exceed your targets and goals
  • You will be confident in using new sales systems and other tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Happy to attend pre-booked appointments
  • Driving licence
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
