What are we looking for?
You will already be working within DevOps and used to handling several projects at a time. We’ll want you to hit the ground running so you’ll be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience either as a developer that has networking know-how or as a Systems Administrator/Network Ops with a flair for developing code. You’ll need to be passionate about technology and enjoy the fast-paced nature of the industry for your continual professional development.

Main responsibilities
In this position, you will work with the development team to ensure we’re making the most out of the DevOps cycle. At Simwood we have built our network and platforms on Open Source technologies and robust practices so the right candidate will help us ensure we have the highest quality product and feature releases on time.
Key activities will include, but not be limited to:
Work across the entire lifecycle of our products, from development and test to deployment to operations
Evolve and improve processes to improve the pace of delivery
Collaborating across the business to ensure you have the information to achieve the right results
Qualifications
Demonstration of the ability to deliver may be more important than specific qualifications but a degree in an area of computing will be advantageous. As a minimum to qualify for the interview stage, candidates must have grades of A*-C in GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics.
