About the job

The Purpose of your role 

The purpose of this role is to drive the effective completion of all orders and projects within the Cyber Pro Services team.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive the team to ensure that cases and won opportunities are picked up promptly and updated within SLA
  • Ensure customers are communicated with regularly by phone and email where appropriate
  • Develop the operational effectiveness of the Pro Services Team by optimising the skills of team members in line with the agreed framework
  • Manage, inspire and motivate the team to ensure operational excellence, high employee engagement and service levels are exceeded where possible
  • Responsible for workload resource allocation based on sales pipeline and WIP, to ensure orders are managed and fulfilled in a timely manner ensuring time to revenue is reduced where possible
  • Coaching of staff members to achieve the best possible results 
  • Identifying and highlighting further up skill opportunities for team members to enhance their work experience, Cyber knowledge, and personal development
  • Provide input into operational targets, deployment strategies, and process improvements 
  • Responsible for hiring and onboarding alongside the Pro Services Technical Manager
  • Escalation point for team members and customers
  • Daily management and review of the Cyber WIP
  • Manage scheduling of Pro Services Engineer cases and Subsidium site visits

Requirements for the role

 

Required technical experience or knowledge of:

  • Network Hardware – Routers/Switches/Firewalls
  • Email Services onsite and offsite – Office 365/G Suite/Exchange
  • Security and Anti-virus Solutions
  • Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
  • IT Network Support
  • PC and Server Hardware
  • Disaster Recovery Systems
  • Microsoft cloud services (Azure) and InTune
  • Virtualization (Hyper-V etc)

 

Advantageous technical experience or knowledge of:

  • WLR Lines
  • Broadband
  • Hosted VoIP services and systems
  • Onsite PBX and hybrid phone systems
  • SIP Trunks
  • Lease Lines

 

What you also need to know

This is a role which may require some travel in the UK.  Your location will be the office closest to where you live although a significant amount of your time may be home based, but you need to be prepared to travel to our offices across the UK if the need arises.

The recruitment journey

 

We   want  to  fill   this  role quickly, but  we   want  to  get   the  right  person   for  the  role.     The recruitment process will consist of an initial screening call.  If you proceed past this then you will have a telephone interview with the Cyber Head of Operations and if required a second interview face to face with a member of the Cyber leadership team.
