The role would suit a pro-active, confident, excellent relationship builder who enjoys engaging with and building long term relationships especially via virtual meetings.

Channel Sales

  • Research and network the telecoms sector to identify and make outbound calls to potential resellers.
  • Arrange and execute online sales presentations to potential new resellers.
  • Develop inbound leads. 
  • Achieve quarterly targets (pipeline, GTM campaigns and revenue based)
  • Active presence on social media (esp. LinkedIn)
  • Attend telecoms sector networking events and exhibitions


Channel Management

  • Manage the relationship with resellers to develop end customer adoption and recurring revenues.
  • Train reseller sales teams to promote the PromptVoice proposition to their customers.
  • Encourage and help resellers to design, plan and execute GTM campaigns, i.e., soft and freemium launches.
  • Liaise with internal operational staff to ensure the professional delivery of all services 



  • Maintain accurate contact, company and deal activity on our Hubspot CRM system.
  • Funnel feedback positively on the PromptVoice solution to assist with feature requests.
  • Work closely with marketing executive to refine activities including inbound marketing initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted adviser on all enquiries from team members and resellers
  • Assist with testing new versions of the software and providing detailed feedback
  • Provide monthly reporting of reseller activities and participation on the wider team monthly meetings.
  • Anything else reasonably requested of you.

Qualifications and Training

  • Educated to A-Level or higher
  • Experienced user of and MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams. Working knowledge of Hubspot would be advantageous
  • Driving license & access to your own vehicle 


  • Channel sales, account management experience in the telecoms sector.
  • Previous experience composing and executing joint GTM plans with partners to deliver end user revenues.
  • Selling white label SaaS 
  • Recruited and developed business with telecoms/IT resellers and managed service providers.

Product Knowledge 

  • Experience of selling SaaS in a recurring revenue model.
  • Understanding of cloud communications, especially UCaaS & CCaaS
