Business Development Executive

With a realistic package including commission between £35000 and £50000 pa in your first year we are looking for go getters to grow and develop in our sales team.

We are looking for someone with energy & the right ethic, onboarding and training will be provided both inhouse and a renowned external training company to help catapult you in your career.

Our constant aim is to provide you with the tools to be successful, we want individuals who wants to develop and rise through the ranks. You will build a development plan with your mentor so we can help you reach for the stars.

You will initially start in our desk based team, creating opportunities for our senior team (with one eye on getting to that level yourself) whilst gaining experience in our sector. As part of your development you will get to sit on new business appointments with someone from the senior team, attend trade shows and much more.

Key responsibilities include:

• Identify opportunities, manage existing ones whilst having the blank canvass to create unique opportunities that we may not be utilising
• Experience in sales would be an advantage but far from necessary. What we want is an individual who is an excellent communicator & who has the capacity to become a strategic thinker.
