Account Manager - IT & Telecoms Existing Customers

💸 Salary - £25,000

💸 Commission - £12,500 Expected bonus (Uncapped)

🏡 Location - 3 days in the office (Chorley), 2 days working from home

🚀 Company - Leading IT & Unified Communications Reseller

The Role

You will be expected to upsell and cross sell the core product portfolio to existing customers predominantly from inbound calls in addition to this there are warm leads provided through win-back & marketing campaign & also a small outbound effort to existing customers.

This will be mainly achieved through inbound calls from existing customers as well as supplemented by leads from the website. You will be predominantly selling to businesses that have less than 20 employees.

The working week is Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the office, with Tuesday and Thursday work from home. There is also onsite parking. In addition to great career progression and commission available you are also provided with enhanced holiday pay, 25 days per year + bank holidays.

Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, resilient and have experience in a similar telesales role for a telecom or it business.

You will receive ongoing coaching and support to develop your sales skills & product knowledge.

This would be a brilliant opportunity for an entry level salesperson, with a little bit of experience in Telecoms or IT, looking for a company offering fast progression and a bright future!

About You

  • Previous experience within a telesales role.
  • Previous experience of working towards KPIs successfully and closing deals.
  • Product knowledge in telecoms & technology.
  • Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone and email.
  • Well organised with good time management skills.
