Account Manager - IT & Telecoms Existing Customers

💸 Salary - £30,000

💸 Commission - £15,000 Expected bonus (Uncapped)

🏡 Location - 3 days in the office (Chorley), 2 days working from home

🚀 Company - Leading IT & Unified Communications Reseller

The Role

Increase revenue and product penetration into existing customer base. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have proven success in a sales role and have experience in selling technology and/or communications products and services.

You will be expected to directly cross-sell and up-sell to an existing customer base - this will be achieved through outbound calling and be supplemented by qualified leads being passed to you from the SMB Account Management team.

You will occasionally attend face to face customer meetings in this role so some travel may be required.

This would be a brilliant opportunity for a salesperson, with a little bit of experience in Telecoms or IT, that is looking for a step up in their career!

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a similar sales role in this Telecoms and IT sectors.
  • Proven record of achieving KPIs and consistently closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face, telephone and email.
  • Prioritisation and negotiation skills.
  • Must be well organised with good time management skills.
